Dreamhost sucks, but they’re good too

So… my biggest problem with Dreamhost is that their support sucks.

Apparently there’s something wrong with a user I set up about a year ago. I found that out, because Conrad’s Spalpeen site, which I’m also hosting, has no issues.

Now, this site is back with a different FTP user.

Moral of the story? Create lots of users on dreamhost, and avoid problems with each individual site.
