Reverse Graffiti

I’m a big fan of Jill’s Inhabitat site, and just saw this post on Reverse Graffiti. The concept is simple, instead of painting unwanted graffiti on walls or other surfaces, a Brazilian artist decided to try the opposite: Clean dirty surfaces stylistically. Probably not a shock that the government wasn’t too happy about it, but they had little recourse. How do you punish someone for cleaning up a dirty tunnel?
