I am so screwed.

I just got home from my red-eye flight to Boston, and i just want to say for the record, i’m screwed.  I’m really tired, although i did sleep on the plane, but I’m pretty sure today is going to get cut short.  Any (mormon approved) tiredness remedies you’d recommend?

    no rock star or red bull. Take a 20 minute nap. No longer or you’ll be worse off. 20 minutes. Go.

    Yep, 20 minutes is the way to go. If you must nap longer, you have to make it almost exactly 2 hours. Otherwise you’re way more screwed. I agree with the Red Bull as well but it’s a quick fix and the caffeine crash can sometimes make things worse. If you want to do without caffeine then a multi-B-vitamin is great, and I like Yerba Mate (South American herb you brew like tea, real pick-me-up) sometimes as well. It’s available in health food stores and places where they have lots of teas. Good luck!
