Appreciated complements
Today, a reporter said I did a good job on a story a couple days ago, and I really appreciated it. I don’t know if people realize that we appreciate compliments, but when you think something is good, and someone lets you know THEY think its good, its a double great thing.
Carole Mikita’s packages are always easy, and typically turn out good, but hey, its always good to hear it.

Ya, people dont realize it, but compliments really inspire employees to exel. Where pointing out somones faults often frustrates people. A well placed compliment insipires one to do better.
